Refund policy
At YONX, we want to make sure every customer is satisfied with their experience.
Because our products are custom-made, each item requires approximately 7 days of production before shipment.
This means slight delays are normal and not considered a problem β please do not worry if your order takes extra time.
Below is our official return and refund policy:
1. No Returns for Size or Customer Mistakes
Please note:
We do not accept returns if the customer selects the wrong size, color, or product.
All customers are responsible for checking the size chart and product details before completing the purchase.
Since every product is made to order, we cannot restock or reuse returned items.
2. When Returns Are Accepted
We only accept returns or refunds if:

The item arrives damaged

The item is defective
-
The item received is incorrect (wrong item)
If any of these issues occur, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at:

We will assist you immediately and resolve the issue.
3. Production Time & Delays
All items require approximately 7 days for manufacturing.
This production time is part of the normal process β please allow extra time before asking for updates.
Shipping delays caused by:

Logistics companies
-
Customs inspections
-
High volume seasons
are not eligible for refunds, as they are outside our control.
4. Condition for Return Approval
If your return is approved (for defective/wrong items only):
The item must be:

Unused and unworn
-
In its original packaging
-
With all tags attached
-
In the same condition you received it
Returns sent back without approval will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process it.

6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Sale or discounted items

Custom-made products (all our items are custom-made)

Products with customer-caused damage

Products with incorrect size chosen by the customer
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it or refund it.
8. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Rule
If the order is shipped to the European Union, customers may return unused items within 14 days for any reason.
However, this does not apply to custom-made products β and all our items are custom-made.
